Ending Migrant Detention Camps; Census Citizenship Question

Today's guest hosts are Charlotte Hancock, Communications Director for Generation Progress, and Brent Cohen, Executive Director of Generation Progress and the VP of the Center for American Progress.

They discuss two very important and timely topics during today's show.

The first topic is the border detention camps run by the Trump administration. The guest for this topic is Toby Gialluca, a volunteer Flores attorney and Co-organizer Lights for Liberty. Toby details the horrible conditions at the detention camps, which she saw in person when she visited them to help those being held by the administration, including young children. 'Lights for Liberty' is a July 12th vigil to end human concentration camps. It will bring thousands of people to locations worldwide as well as to concentration camps across country, into the streets and into their own front yards, to protest the inhumane conditions faced by migrants.

The second topic is the citizenship question that the Trump administration is trying to have added to the 2020 U.S. Census.
